About the Inspector
Prime was founded by Javad Hassani in 1999. Javad has a bachelor degree in Architecture and worked more than twelve years in architectural offices and construction companies before he started property inspection. He has been working as a home and property inspector for the last eleven years.
Javad is an independent, unbiased and honest home and property inspector. He speaks English, German and Farsi (Persian).
Javad is a licensed home and property inspector with (BPCPA) license # 48157 and only Farsi speaking member of "Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors" (CAHPI).
